The steel gray mountain seem so barren during cold seasons. The trees were once arrayed in summer's splendor now have no shade to offer, no fruit to bear.
Yet, they have great purpose with deep, strong root systems that hold mountains together, men are likened to trees.
Sometimes we stand barren in this world.
Cold winds and winter storms pelt and toss our spirit;
yet there is life in barren trees. Remember this, frost and coldness cannot harm deep roots.
